I...haven't even finished reading the 'fic yet. In fact, I've only just gotten to the pulling-at-the-ring part in the first section. But I got a good idea about the premise from the warnings and the summary, and then I happened to glance down and see this:

She folded her arms across her newly-flat chest. "Does this mean that I am now the leading man?"
