What a crazy weekend. I know it's Tuesday night, and therefore a little late talk about the weekend but it's taken me a while to be able to figure it all out.

It's kinda long so it's ( behind the cut. )

yeah...
seriously
so freaking annoying and frustrating...
most definetly

i always wanted to be seen as a gay guy..and i think people always thought i was a just a lesbian/dyke.. I was always oogling all the men, gay boys especially...talking about my love for colin farrell and robbie williams..posters of tom cruise on my wall
maybe people were just confused in general
heh
anyways thats my little ramble...

It's like when folks ask Victoria if dating me makes her a lesbian ;0) Grr. sometimes the world needs to get a clue.

Isn't it funny that you're a gay guy I'm a straight guy but the world wants to call both of us dykes ;0)

That's a REALLY good point....bah, people...and I'd say I'm probably more of just a plain old queer guy, but still, NOT a dyke

sorry about the label goof.

When I was in the lesbian community I never ID'd as a lesbian so it always strikes me as odd when folks expect me to now. I went from IDing as butch/stone (hah- that was funny 'cuz I'm really not that tough) to male. I also have never dated anyone who didn't also date bio-guys- go figure.

Well enough rambling. I just e-mailed my dad about surgery etc. so I think I have excess energy from all the nervousness of waiting to hear back from him.

That's ok. I'm not entirely opposed to being seen as gay, it just seems a bit too narrow a definition for me. So, queer it is. But of course that comes with it's own set of issues as well...labels shmables. Good luck with your Dad!!
