Poll Aunt Agony?

A friend of mine used this phrase on me some time back and I hadn't the foggiest idea what it meant. Am I the only one who took 29 years to hear it?

I've always heard the phrase "Auntie Flo". It's a bit creepy if you ask me. O.o

I've heard it but tend to just say "The Evil is visiting" rather than being so vague. My father (who is really insane, I swear) says: "Anything that bleeds for 4-7 days without dying is evil" hence my usage of the evil term rather than the aunt one.
