Coffee Up!

Thank God for coffee. It turns a lazy schuck into an unstoppable machine. I fully sign up for the theory that the arrival of coffee into Europe was a major driver of the industrial revolution. Suffice it to say, the arrival of coffee into my head every morning causes an industrial revolution. And then again in the afternoon. Hallelujah.

did you read Ground Up by Michael Idov? там есть героиня, помешанная на кофе. собственно книжка о том, как два богемных бездельника решают открыть кофейню в lower east side, очень нью-йоркская книжка такая. хотя местами по-русски)
