So I'm in Ireland again. Everything's stayed almost exactly the same since the last time I was here. The caretaker cleaned up the mess at the grave, which I'm really grateful for. I don't have to worry about that. But other than that, everything is the same. This place never changes. It's separate from time. It only appears when I want it to ( Read more... )

If yoga doesn't relax you and becomes too frustrating maybe try Tai Chi? Or HOWEVER you spell it!
