Gwen wasn't returning my phone calls and the devil was beginning to put some thoughts of death in my head. I wrestled with the thoughts because I understand that as long as we're in Christ and putting our trust in Him, then we're okay. The thoughts kept coming and coming though

Just a heads up - this is Satty - that I'm reading all your posts, and that I love to read them - seeing your passion for faith and God (as well as your constant search deeper into your Christianity) really inspires me, and helps me to do the same. I don't have very many friends who are as dedicated as you are, and so it's good to have another voice out there.

This post especially is something that resonates with me, since I've been fighting the urge to do the same thing with my girlfriend, and pride is coiling like a viper - the most dangerous and first of the sins.

But yes, essentially - keep the faith, my brother, and may God continue to guide you.
