I agree...the only reason I set one up is to keep in contact with my friends from school...but after a few minutes of searching around you quickly see what it's all about.

I didn't even know you had one. This wasn't a call to guilt, it was my attempt to expose darkness (as I see it). This is a place to express one's opinion. I was simply expressing how I felt. I do not expect others to feel exactly the same way. I do not expect others to do what I did. It especially, wasn't an attempt to make myself look righteous. I'm just trying my best to be obedient to scripture as best I can. I am concerned about my testimony, the testimony of other believers and most importantly, the testimony of Christ. When I see a cross on one part of a page and then a filthy slogan in another part, that bothers me, because it defames Jesus. The bannner ads were the icing on the cake.

I read part of your profile - and aside from being disgusted and horified with your male chauvinistic "boys are inherently different than girls...they play with guns and knives while girls bake" attitute, you have to know somewhere deep down in your heart that you are quite wrong. You would see, as a true follower of christ" that playing with toy guns, shooting your brothers in a friendly game of paintball with the intention of bruising them is nothing more than a contradiction of your own beliefs: constantly seeking to gratify the flesh. I hardly believe that your paintball pleases the lord any more than seeing scantily clad ads for women on my-space.

I expected a little healthy debate, but you chose to be bitter & rude. That's too bad. What's up with the "knives & baking", I don't remember writing anything about that. I also didn't write that scripture. These issues are not supposed to divide believers. I have no idea if this poster is one. I do know, by what you wrote that you have chosen to listen to the wisdom of the world instead of the scriptures. I do not base any of my beliefs on what I think or anything that the world has to offer. I fully understand that biblical truth is going to infuriate those who have embraced the world's system of beliefs because they are often contrary to one another. So if you claim to be a believer, please post kindly and lets engage in a discussion of scripture. Is God displeased with paintball? I have yet to be convinced through scripture that it is. Is paintball gratifying my sinful nature? maybe a little, but so is eating a piece of cake. Is paintball a deed of darkness? I seriously doubt it. It has little to do with bruising people and more

i agree, if you truelly believe what you say you shouldnt hide behind a anonymous post, either consider them wrong in your heart and not say anything for the sake of unity, or bring your argument forward in a presentable fashion, not trying to shoot down others beliefs.
