To get it at the top of your LJ, you can either pick a journal style that allows for a header, or you can post an entry with a really later time value. (Like sometime in 2015, for example.) I do the latter, but that means that you need to check the 'date out of order' box on every entry. It's sorta annoying at first, but once you get used to it it's cool.
