But I still can't help wondering how much of the crew were on drugs during the making of this episode. I think it's safe to go with all of them. The mutants turned into bowl-haircut-men wearing disco ball robes. Drugs has to be involved.
I agree that this arc was a bit longer than necessary, but what can you do?

YESSSSS. I hadn't thought of that before, but IT MAKES PERFECT SENSE.
It's kind of awkward when the bad guys aren't/aren't controlled by the Master. It's like an episode without any UNIT peeps.... Oh, wait.
