I absolutely love this story! Autumn's backstory is definitely one of my favorites. I actually found a little ghost just like Jester at AC Moore over the summer, too. He was all by himself.
I definitely see why Autumn thinks those decorations are alive. They have a lot of personality, and seem rather lively despite being made of wood. I actually picked up the skeleton one today myself. I also saw a witch and a cat, but no pumpkin. I almost bought the cat, but the amount of excess white around him bothered me. It's not as noticeable with the skeleton, or the pumpkin. But at any rate, if I were walking in the woods and spotted unattended Halloween decorations, I'd bring them home, too!

I definitely would bring home any unattended Halloween decorations too! Lol. Autumn is still determined to bring them to life but I'm not sure how much success she's going to have.
Raevyn could probably help her bring them to life. lol They'd probably grow fifty feet tall in the process and end up barking instead of speaking, but she'd do it! hehe
