pick up the phone, nobody's home

so it's only 6:23pm which means i have been at work all by myself for only 23 minutes and someone has already made it hell. so this lady calls looking for a movie, sweet as can be. i tell her we are supposed to have a copy on our shelves and we'd look for it and id call her back. we have been having issues with our movies and so of course this one
