It's Michaelmas! The feast of St. Michael the Archangel, and also of the Archangels Gabriel and Raphael. :D (Poor Uriel, always being left out just because he's not canonical.) So it's also called the Feast of the Archangels. I usually focus on Michael for this though.

Definitely. I <3 the Archangels.

He was indeed badass in SPN, but also IMO a dickhead; I really disliked him. >_> Uriel is, however, badass and awesome and I love him in the Lucifer comics, The Dresden Files and I, Lucifer.

(My own version of Uriel can be a badass when needed, but mostly he's high. XD)

Yes, it is an awesome novel by Glen Duncan. I definitely recommend it. :D I wasn't a fan of the ending, but the hilarious and thought-provoking bits before that are worth it.

Aww. *blush* Nah, my personal favourite Uriels are, in no particular order, 1) a good friend of mine's RP version, but I can't link you as the journal's deleted now 2) the one from Manchester Lost and 3) the RP version of another friend; there are multiple versions of him since she not only RPed him but also wrote several fics about him. Ensuring that mine was different was a bit of a struggle initially. XD
