Rules: Don't take too long to think about it. Fifteen books you've read that will always stick with you. First fifteen you can recall in no more than 15 minutes. Note that the wording is "will always stick with you" which I'm going to say does not mean favorite, which we've done before. It could, in theory, be something horrible that

I wanted to cheat and write "Everything else by Professor Tolkien" XD since if I listed all of his stuff that stays with me he'd take up the entire list.

I really want to read River God! My Ancient Egypt teacher recommended it to me too, but I don't think I've found it to read yet. >< I'll have to add it to the reading list (which is only 250 books long or so... >.>)
I can't remember if I did this exact list already on FB or not...I think I only did the 15 Movies and 15 Authors ones. So I suppose I shall fill it out and post it on my LJ! Might as well do it now, so I don't forget. XD *poofs off to try and narrow down only 15 books*

River God is AWESOME. :D So's the Ramses series! You need to read those. XD And I know, my reading list is soooo long.
:D Fifteen minutes, and the first fifteen books that come to mind, whether you like them or not! ;)

I got mine done! It's kind of insanely long because I explained why each one was on the list. XD And I talk too much. So feel free to just read the list and not the explanations!
Also, since I thought of it as I was writing my list, you should read "Nefertiti", by Michelle Moran, if you haven't already. It was amazing, and I was in a constant state of fangirl happiness while reading it and afterwards. XD She has three more books out, two of which are based in Egypt (one on Nefertari and one on Cleopatra's daughter, I think), and I cannot WAIT to get them.
And...Have you read any books by Rick Riordan, by any chance? He wrote a series called "Percy Jackson and the Olympians", which I really liked, but he just came out with the first book in his next series, which is based on the Egyptian gods. It's called "The Red Pyramid" and OH MY GOD. Another one where I was in a constant fangirl state. XD I stayed up until 4 am to finish it. >.>
