Oh, lovely, Lily reaching her own conclusion about Sirius' suitability! I love seeing that, that she and not just James had reason to actively want to choose Sirius.

And Sirius and his motorbike! That really is the OTP, isn't it? That first drabble didn't feel like your usual style at all, which I thought was great - I love finding out that people can do other, unexpected things just as delightfully well as they already do their more well-known things. If that made sense. :-)

(And now I'm left hoping you'll write more Sirius.....)

Lily reaching her own conclusion about Sirius' suitability! -- I find the Lily-and-Sirius dynamic really interesting. I imagine her coming to appreciate his loyalty and love for James and the other Marauders, and maybe feeling a little sorry for him as she learns more about his crappy home life. I wrote a couple of stories about these two a few years ago (used to belong to a comm for Marauder-era fic, at redandthewolf -- I miss that)...it was fun to write them again.

That really is the OTP, isn't it? -- LOL, too right. Glad you liked this one! My favorite thing about drabbles is that they can be a chance to play around with different approaches and techniques.

These were great! I loved the first one... Sirius is just so sexy on his bike!
The second drabble made me cry :'( so beautiful.

This reads like poetry. Nice capture of the first flight.

Hallowe’en, 1980

Sirius is does make a great godfather. Love the little ghosts. This is very sweet. Nicely done.
