Yukipon draws a lovely younger Sirius, and this is my favourite of their RxS pieces. Borderline NSFW.
Chiroroom/Chirokko is well-known, this is a personal favourite. Worksafe. (Full collection, which can be hard to find.)
And of course we absolutely cannot forget epithalamium/alirodina, who draws such marvels as this.
