[Private to Harry]

HARRY! Are you all right? I saw heard that one of the bludgers got you! You should tell George -- or Fred... whichever one it was -- to keep a closer eye on the bloody balls and not on that bird!

Have you gone to see Madame Pomfrey?

Sirius, it's fine, it's just a sports injury. Just a painful bruise. A week and you'll hardly know it's there.

George and I have had that conversation. I'm afraid till Angelina tells him to shape up, it's not going to have much effect.

Yes but Pomfrey has some really great ointments. It's not like I never got a few Quidditch injuries myself, you know -- thanks to your dad, I might add.

Then talk to her and tell her she should be doing her job as captain and stopping her players from making stupid mistakes that cost the team a win and get their seeker injured. Merlin, what goes through your heads these days? Back when I was in school all we focused on was winning, and now it's like you've got your heads in the clouds figuratively as much as literally!

Yeah, but Madame Pomfrey likes to keep me for a week when I've got a bloody headache. I swear, I'm like a science experiment to her. She doesn't want to let me leave, ever. It's kind of creepy.

I don't know, it's not really my place to say anything. I mean, she is captain.

Do you want me to talk to her? I could, you know.

Yes, but as I said, when a captain isn't doing their job it's time for someone to step up and say something. If nothing else, you could have McGonagall or Remus talk to her. Or me. One of the three.
