oh, this is getting verrrrry interesting!

i have only one thing to mention other than the fact that i'm loving this. you talk about pictures of the count's descendents on the wall. descendents come after, not before. i think you may have meant predecessors or some such.

by the by, it's great to hear from you again.

very interesting can't wait to read more. I read both chapters this am. lOVED IT! Romania...count...bats...garlic...humm what does that add up too??? Saw other persons comments about decendants, bu thought they could be pictures of decendants if they came after the Count couldn't they? Guess we will have to wait & see...Thank you, Gail

Thank you for your comment!
grlewis was right, there was a little mistake, should be forebears, anchestors or such.

Update will come tomorrow, hopefully ;)

Well, this is going in an unexpected direction. Very intriguing. Hope Jack is the son we'll be meeting at dinner?

Oh this is fun and I cannot wait to meet the counts son. I have a feeling Ennis may forget all about his little Alma back home when the eyes of t his young man cast upon him. Maybe he will also become a resident of this wonderful castle in the hills. Life has a way of throwing things at us unexpectedly sometimes. Joe

I have read over it very carefully, and I cannot see anyone except the Count referring to the portraits as his " Ancestors " as he was descending down the staircase to meet with his guests.
Great writing Siri. I can enjoy reading it now not having to worry about spelling and such, and Debra politely shaking her head at all she had to correct.LOL
Love,
Torry
Have a great and safe New Year .

I wrote you an email about the decendants - ancestors thing ;)

Thanks again, Torry for your translation! I'm always thinking what an excellent job you did there.
And I cannot stop staring at your Userpic ... one of your drawings of Ennis/Heath that I like so much.

Have a Happy and Peaceful New Year,
Hugs, Siri
