Ken wondered if he should comment on the digimon's journal or not. After all, it was filtered from Miyako. He bit his lips, then started typing.
Hi Hawkmon. Welcome to LJ. Hope you have lots of fun. Miyako san's lucky, to have someone realible as you to take care of her.
She's...doing alright...ne? Ken deleted this portion. I'm sure she'll do well in her exams. Ken also deleted this portion
Feeling a knot forming in his chest as the frustration hit, Ken panicked as he heard the door creak. He quickly presed sent button, and turned off the computer.
Hawkmon blinked as he saw he had a comment from Ken. He wondered if he should say anything deeper and then realized Ken was someone who definitely got subtlety. If it ended up being the wrong thing to say he could say "I don't know what you're talking about!"
Greeting, Ichijouji-san! I like Livejournal already, thank you. As for Miyako-san, she could always use more friends taking care of her.
It was now the last period, and Ken was over at computer class to help out. Checking LJ briefly, Ken also blinked as he saw Hawkmon's polite response. In honest opinion, he didn't think the digimon would...reply. But, he knew, from the back of his head, that he wanted the monster to reply. After all, otherwise he was sure he would've got rid of the comment altogether. He sighed lightly, and started typing lightly.
I'm doing alright. I am finally over the cold I caught mid Febuary. Life isn't the most brightest right now, but I'm hoping it would get better with company of an exchange student. I am supposed to pick him up from airport on this Sunday.
He bit his lips again as he was stuck on what to say. Ken was curious how Miyako was doing, aside from studying, among many other things.
As...for friends taking care of her, I have no doubt she's in good hands.
Remembering a set of determined green eyes, Ken sank his teeth in harder.
After all, she's got you to rely on, ne?
Hoping this would sound cheerful enough, Ken read over the

Hawkmon wasn't quite sure if Ichijouji-san wanted to continue the conversation or not. He didn't want to screw up with Miyako-san that was for sure! If she ever found out.... He shook his head, frightening images had already begun assaulting him. But, it would be rude to not reply...
I hope you're in good hands too, Ichijouji-san. Until the next time I see you, I wish you good health and excitement with a new house guest.
Unless I see Wormmon on this journal too, please wish him the same for me. Something makes me think we've all been connected this way for a reason, so keep in touch!
Wait, not only does Kyo and all of her little friends have a journal, but her digimon does too? I'm suddenly very glad Kyo-chan has her own computer.
Oh, and when is that exam? I swear she told me it was in the first week of March. I thought it was marked on the calendar. I don't think this house can take much more of Kyo in this state.
[[OOC: Mental note: Does Hawkmon work in the store?]]
Well! I don't see what's so strange about Digital Monsters communicating digitally, though maybe it is best I fiddle with Miyako-san's computer more. (If she'd let me even near it!)
She told me her exams are definitely tomorrow, I hope everything goes well. Miyako-san does try her best. Let's all wish her luck!
((OOC: The date changed because of pushed back newbie-ness, and also because it worked best for when all the other RPs would work in continuum. ^^ As for Hawkmon, he only does odd jobs when Miyako works since he'd rather be with her at any time of the day~!
And of course LJ has me logged in as Hawkmon one minute, then switches to Miyako the next. Aiyieyie..))
Kyo-chan's too obsessive of her computer, she has some weird name for it that's not even in Japanese. It's just a computer.
Finally. I wish her all of the luck I have.
[[The reason it was set so early in the first place is that Mantarou's major plot starts *after* the entrance exam and the parents look at the financial stuff. I'm going to need to do two or three RPs and a couple of posts that will ideally all happen in March, at least before Miya starts school. I've sooooo been meaning to poke you about this so there can be much giggling over the lengths I go to torture Mantarou.
Oh, and that's totally what I pictured for Hawkmon.]]

I hope you're not making much trouble for Daisuke-san while one here.
He smiled and imagined the two partners fighting over the computer. It was nostalgic.
