Hi guys!

I thought it was about time Chane's Core-given ability started to develop, and since she's-- you guessed it-- a telepath (of sorts), I was wondering if anybody would be interested in a mini-plot? There's a long-winded description of the details on her updated permissions post but for brief summary/plot details, see the cut below.

I'm thinking this is the sort of plot I should steer Emma away from, but if at any point you want a fully-trained high-power telepath in the mix, say hello.

Now my other character ... I'll have to think. Menolly's above average susceptible. I'll try to comment as her later.

Hey! Yeah, I've seen you around and... if she's feeling generous, maybe poke Chane for help/Chane will seek Emma out? Because she doesn't know who to go to when she wants to try controlling it. Does that sound ok? /o\;; A kind of mentoring job...

Sure, either way.

It's certainly plausible that Emma could sense Chane projecting and contact her.

And if Chane does a search around the Newcomer network, Emma has:

(1) repeatedly urged that people who develop powers contact her, Michael Xavier, or one of the other teachers, and
(2) openly stated she's a telepath of two decades experience, never stating power level but implying low to medium. (Which understates both, but in a place like this on the whole Emma would prefer to be underestimated.)

--possibly. yes. If enough people pick up on this and make posts about it she's going to recognise them and then... be really embarassed...
