Emma will be staying in the HoA. If it's as intact as I suspect, she'll be doing telepathic coordination and welcoming people nearby into the first floor. (If it gets breached, she'll be fighting off Darkness monsters, of course.)

Quick question! The NPP Community Center/Clinic is about as close to the diamond as the apartments; would the building be affected as well, considering it's a lower structure that's been recently refurbished?

If it is, NPP peeps, do you guys want to do something with this?

Regardless of the level of damage to the NCC, Yako'll be doing her best to organize some kind of earthquake response; mostly along the lines of repairing earthquake damage to the Starter Apartments. Anyone who was working on the Starter Apartments' working bee is free to help out? If the damage to the NCC is minimal, she'll ask Raul if she can open the main hall up as a place to stay for any Newcomers whose homes have been Darkness-compromised, kind of like a refugee camp-- or a giant sleepover party, if you're inclined to think of it that way. Could set up a log for it, if there's interest?

Clover is still staying in the Apartments, so she (and Snake, depending on whether or not they're separated at the time of the earthquake) will likely have to look for

NCC should be okay. A window or two might break and we'll probably get some people to fix the damage before Darkness. Anything there can easily be compromised and cause a problem if it's not up to standards.

Like everyone said, the NCC should be okay, since it's definitely up to snuff on Darkness proofing and such. A few broken windows may happen, but that'd be in the offices on the top floor, moreso then anywhere else. The NCC can then be used as a place to hide out, so yeah, Raul would give the okay for that, and make sure food and sleeping bags get sent over for help.

And I'll be kind to her, so her apartment won't be so affected / damaged, so if anyone wants to bunk with her, they're welcome to do so. /o/

(She's staying in an apartment in Sector 4, but nearer to Sector 6.)

JOKER PLOT

As said in the plotting meme, the clown will be taking out the Darkness proofing in more wealthy sectors and stirring the local Darkness into a frenzy. This will continue for a few nights until the Darkness turns on the Joker and he retreats.

Anyone want him to attack their business/place of work? There will also be need for people to help combat the Darkness, people to heal the wounded and people to help repair the proofing.

Jessica might be hanging out in those areas, so she might run into him while he's running away from the monsters.

Felton Theater + Mall

As far as we know, the Mall has no compromised proofing after this.

With that in mind, the mall will be used for many people to have a safe place to go. The Felton Theater will be open for people to take refuge. There are several apartments open attached to the theater that can be used for the night. I'd say about 20 people can use the apartments and people can be pushed into the theater to spend the night sitting in some seats or on the floor.

If you want to plot with this, do something with it, by all means...do so! Riku will be there and looking after people. If anyone needs to get home, he can portal them out.

Sora will be running back and forth as usual, and if it's all right, he'll use the Felton Theater as a home base, escorting refugees as he finds them.
