Namine chose to take the quicker and safe route to get there, because though she was certain there was almost no place safer for her anywhere than with Sora, that didn't mean that the way there was too. Around the corner from the place was where she let the portal open up, recognizing the area from the path from home to her school, and she stepped out, closing it behind her with a rush of cold.
As she walked up to the building Namine saw Sora through a window and waved at him as she once she walked through the door, the other hand curled around her sketchbook NV.

He waved back when he saw her and immediately closed the distance between them when the Nobody stepped into the shop.
"Hiya Namine! Did you just come from school?" The greeting was cheerful and done with a wide grin.

"I was just drawing at home, that's all." That and listening to the radio to fill in for noise, she'd never had the luxury of a lot of sound or noise or speech, but now when she didn't have it for long periods of time, everything felt strange. It was odd, but nice to be getting used to things like sound and people.
"How are you, Sora?" She asked, delaying the more pressing conversation topics for a moment more, without really admitting it to herself. She wasn't entirely clear on how much Sora knew, and she wasn't entirely clear on what he'd been told, but she would help fill in anything he didn't know and hopefully at the end he wouldn't be mad about anything.
He'd forgiven her once, hadn't he?

"Drawing what?" He looked down at her NV sketchbook like it would hold some clue as to what it could be.
"I'm good. I thought we could get smoothies and head over to the park for a while." There they would be more isolated for talk of things that had happened in the past.
