Summary: Danny has a problem. Ella's hoping Harry or his friend can help him.

Danny jumped a bit when the silence was suddenly broken. He chuckled and scratched the back of his head.

"Um...no. I'm not. And if you say so. I can't wait to meet him." Danny gave a forced smile. He was nervous about this meeting. What if the voice in his head was something really bad? He wasn't sure what to expect.

Harry was waiting patiently with Elaine for the arrival of Ella and her friend. He wasn't quite sure what to expect, although he was curious. That something bad had happened to Ella at the Lighthouse wasn't in doubt, whether or not the manifestation of that badness in her friend was overtly malicious was another thing all together.

"I'm really not sure what to expect other than trouble," he told Elaine as they waited in their office. "Ella has a knack for getting into it like few people I've ever seen."

Elaine nodded, touching her bangles to make sure they were all in place, prepared for just about anything. "Girls called Ella--" Or Ela "Usually do. Sort of like wizards called Harry." She may have been attempting to inject the situation with levity to stave off any building apprehension, but it was kind of true.

Ella threw Danny an apologetic smile at the jump. For a second, she was tempted to ask Danny if he remembered how they got home, but - he would have enough on his mind. It could keep. "Don't worry, it's going to be fine." Reassurance usually went a long way, didn't it?

As she reached the door to the office, she raised her hand and knocked thrice, stifling a small yawn. "Harry? It's Ella and Danny."
