Who: Tifa and Midna When: Backdated like Whoa Where: A restaurant in sector Four Summary: Midna offered to buy Tifa dinner for saving her from the cultists Warnings: None yet? Maybe Tifaderp?
Tifa would not find herself waiting for long. About ten minutes later, she stepped through the entrance of the specified restaurant. She dressed in her usual attire, but opted for leaving the hood of her robes lowered so that she might wear her hair free for the evening.
"Tifa?" She called out in question, but Midna was certain that the young woman who was seated on the benched a few feet away was the one and only. She closed the distance between them eagerly and reached out to hug the young woman who had helped to save her life.
"Midna?" Tifa rose from the bench only to be enveloped in a hug, one that she returned with a light blush and a squeeze. "I'm glad to see you up and about, really. I was worried."
This kind of enthusiastic greeting wasn't what Tifa had expected, but she was more comfortable with it than something more reserved to be truthful. She'd always been very tactile, so hugging was something she would have always liked to do more of...but her companions from home weren't exactly the hugging sort.
If their meeting had been a more formal one, full of the pomp and circumstance that was more fitting for a throne room the greeting would have been a different one. However, Midna was far from home and her court. She was free to behave as she wished with those people who had earned her personal attention and someone who saved her life deserved nothing but her deepest and most sincerest of attentions.
"If it hadn't been for you and the others, I would have probably been a lot more worse off. As it was I just needed a bit of rest and relaxation." Her arm was still healing, the arcane mark that had been set upon her flesh was still there but it was healing. The Doctors she had seen recently had given her an array of things to apply to her skin and for the most part it was working.
"I am glad you accepted my offer. Nothing would make he happier than letting you enjoy an evening out at my expense." She motions towards the young gentlemen who was waiting to walk them to their table. "Let's sit down, we can talk more once we've settled."
"That sounds lovely." She fell into step next to Midna, taking the opportunity to observe her up close without the perils of combat all around her. New people always intrigued Tifa, and Midna was way beyond exotic when it came to her understanding.
Right, don't stare. She flushed a little and found other things to look at until they were seated, then she gestured to the other woman's arm. "How is your arm healing?"
