Sweets & Tea Table littlest_lord April 27 2011, 20:52:12 UTC
[The table is filled with Easter themed sweets, baked goods and of course oodles of chocolate. There's also tea available, along with lemonade. Everything presented seems tasty and colorful - after all, Gilbert really has done a very good job. There are chairs set out for people to take to sit and relax if they deem fit.]

This badger is totally going to be skittering around, trying to avoid known Pandora members while simultaneously attempting to loot some chocolates and cheesecake.

Unfortunately for the badger, one of the home's resident animal lovers has spotted him.

"-- ah! There's a badger in the yard!"

The surprised voice makes the brown animal turn sharply and regard the boy curiously.

And then he jumps high into the air to land right on the boy's face. "Funny hat-thing!

Egg Dying Table littlest_lord April 27 2011, 20:55:09 UTC
[This table is set up with various bowls of colored dye to color eggs with. The eggs have all been poked with holes at the top and bottom and emptied so only the shell remains. If one wishes they're free to dye the eggs as they see fit. There are also crayons left out if people wish to use wax to make the designs even more elaborate.]

Oh my, is there an egg missing? How about two? How about five? And if one was to look under the table, they might just see a disgruntled looking badger chewing fruitlessly on eggshells, not comprehending how there was suddenly no yolk inside of them for him to eat.

The odd crunching sounds causes Ciel to pause as he walks past the table, taking a moment to wonder just where it's coming from. Soon enough he finds himself crouching and peering under the table to look at the badger who is, well, rather unsuccessful at eating the eggs that really didn't have any egg in them anymore to begin with.

"They're empty, you know."

"Why?!" The badger growls with eggshells attached to his chin.

Easter Egg Hunt littlest_lord April 27 2011, 21:00:30 UTC
[Various colored eggs - about a hundred of them - have been hidden carefully around the garden grounds. Those who wish to participate are welcome to take a basket and search for them. Those who find the most eggs and wrack up the most points win prizes. Green eggs are worth ten points, pink twenty five, blue fifty and golden eggs are worth a hundred points. There are thirty five green eggs, thirty five pink eggs, twenty blue eggs and ten golden eggs to find. Good luck!]

And someone's decided to play a little game! And so some participants will find that the game's level has been amped up to the hardest possible, because Tove thinks it's quite funny to collect as many eggs as possible and hide them at the tops of trees or underground in holes. Trolololololo~

He hardly seems bothered by the foot. "Yes, yes he is!" He means that Fang is still on the island.

"Where is Dormouse?"

Easter Egg Roll littlest_lord April 27 2011, 21:08:13 UTC
[There's another event to be had - an Egg Roll or 'Pace-Egging' as Ciel likes to call it. Participants are encouraged to take the colored, hard boiled eggs available and race them against one another by rolling them down the hill. Those who have their egg roll the farthest win, of course, so long as they don't crack their egg shell in the first place.

Oh and just for superstition's sake? Be sure to crack the egg shells at the end of it, lest witches will steal them and use them as boats.]

Oh wow, look at those eggs roll- hey, did one just disappear? And now a couple have, too! Oops, guess you should have checked the hills for animal burrows or something, Ciel!

The eggs really aren't getting down the hill are they. Snake tilts his head toward the little creature as he pops one of the eggs whole into his mouth. And subsequently swallows. What sort of animal is this? It doesn't smell familiar.

As long as it's not a mongoose, then it's at least acceptable.

Soon enough, Tove will become curious about the smell of snakes. They bit, right? And sometimes they were poisonous? But he wouldn't get sick, so what did he have to worry?

"Hello!" He squeaks as he runs over.

[Ciel was...admittedly not happy. Thankfully though it had stopped raining for the time being in the afternoon and he was content enough to stand off to the side and watch the festivities. He had a rabbit shaped cookie in hand, nibbling at its ears as he tried his best to forget he was stuck in the bloody blue rabbit onesie until the end of the day.

Jack would pay for it. Ciel would make sure of it.]
