The Twins (after club 24 of course), was probably "DJoe's" favorite club in the city. He's been here only a few times before...with Riku, with Jinx (that night had been wild!) but every time the scene had taught him something new to haul back to his own floor. And Twins was much cooler, in his opinion- but probably because it was bigger, newer, and he didn't haul his paycheck out of it ( ... )

Nagi hates crowds and everything that goes with them, but something tells him that showing up here could be productive. Despite not feeling completely better, but close enough to it that he'd been told he could go back to work Monday, he decided to brave the club just because of the chance that having plenty of DJs from around the city meant that the zombie would show up ( ... )

It had been a while since Yoruichi had treated herself to a night out. She needed to be around people, be a part of a crowd. That, and the opportunity to hear another style of this modern music appealed to her. There was so much more variety than what had been available in Soul Society. At least in her time; maybe it was different when everybody else seemed to come from.

But she doubted it.

There was so much variety in modern clothing, too. She wasn't one to splurge on this kind of thing, but if she were going out to clubs, her attire ought to be appropriate for the venue. There certainly hadn't been anyone questioning whether she fit in here. Any looks she got tended to be of the appreciative sort, as she was accustomed to.

For the moment, she stood apart from the crowd, eyes quietly closed, shoulders and body swaying slightly as she tried to get into the rhythm of the music. Not bad. Not bad, at all.

Suddenly, a presence is beside you, Yoruichi-san. (Who thinks you look mighty sexy swaying like that, he might add.)

"May I have this dance, my Lady? ♥"

She calmly opened her eyes and stopped swaying. The latter no doubt much to his disappointment.

"Getting yourself out and about in public? At least you'll draw less attention without that silly hat." She laughed. "Well, seeing as no one else has had the guts to approach me, I guess you'll have to do."

"Why, thank you for settling for just me~"

Taking her hand he lifted it up above her head and with a slight touch to her waist led her in a spin. Granted the dances that went with this music were not very sophisticated, but he could get some fun out of it.

Leading her further onto the dance floor he continued, "Out in public is where I can learn so much! And I'm certain that I'll attract just the right kind of attention." Well, so he hoped. But no harm in being confident on the outside.

Arriving fashionably late (they did say it would go all night long after all - no rush), Kisuke smiled casually as he took in the mass of people. All the people he's seen on the NV, all the people here... the puzzle of trying to break everyone free of the Pull niggled in the back of his mind.

But for now, he was here to listen and observe and learn. He hadn't announced himself publicly to the city as others tended to do when arriving, so he felt a certain sense of anonymity as he shifted through the crowd. Even if anyone had seen him, it would be harder to recognize him outside of his odd hat-and-geta ensemble. (People tended to look at that rather than at him♪) The second-hand suit he'd acquired - properly rumpled - fit in well enough with this crowd, and his hair certainly wasn't the most unruly here.*Of course, 'harder to recognize' was not 'invisible' or 'unknowable' by any means. Yet for now, that was quite all right. Those who he wanted to know he was here knew it already. The rest would soon follow. The trick here and now was ( ... )
