The speed with which Finny launched himself off Akira's back had to have broken some sort of record. He didn't wait for Ciel to appear. Instead he ran at break-neck speed through the mansion, not caring that he didn't know the layout. At some point along the way, he must have passed Sebastian and been told exactly where to go, as within minutes he dashed into the sitting room.
"Young Master!"
With his usual lack of tact for proper decorum, the exuberant teen had his arms around Ciel in mere seconds, giving him a joyful hug as tears streamed down his cheeks.
It was something he'd forgotten - what it felt like when Finny decided to cling and cry on him. Luckily the feeling hadn't been completely done away with however, it just had been substituted for the feeling of Alois clinging and crying on him instead.
When he heard the older boy's voice yell and soon enough his arms wrap around him in a tight, death like grip, Ciel's spoon fell from his fingers and onto his lap as he winced, frozen and stuck and well...wet.
"S-sorry!" the blond stammered, "I'm just so happy to see you!"
Thankfully, he let go, still beaming brightly while sniffling at the same time. Now that he's had his much needed Ciel hug, he takes a moment to look around the room.
"Aah... but it's winter here. I can't garden when nothing's alive. They... still have gardens in the future, right?"
Pictures of robotic flowers danced through his mind.
"Of course they've gardens." Really now, what a ridiculous thought. Not having gardens in the future. But, then again, this was Finny. He was prone to ridiculousness quite often being the simpleton that he was.
Akira's voice caught Ciel's attention as he turned to look at the doorway but he was cut off by the rather tall man who seemed to loom even more than Sebastian was capable of doing so. Being picked up made his jaw drop and his eye widen before he was embraced again. Thankfully he was put right back where he belonged, although it did leave him a little unnerved. Before he could say a word Agni was then gone, off to get tea and desserts.
Finny made a gleeful noise at knowing there were indeed still gardens. He didn't get a chance to talk Ciel's ear off further because of Agni's entrance. The sight of the tall man picking up his master caused a giggle to almost escape, but he made sure to stifle it.
"Ah, you're right! I'll be sure to make the grounds beautiful, even with no plants to look after!"

Ciel Phantomhive, for the moment, was speechless.
