It was freezing, the morning rain had turned into slush, that slush had now frozen down into snow, and Break? Break was sloshing through it, chilled to his core. Unfortunately for Break, Sharon wasn't asleep. She was exhausted, too tired to have noticed his quiet return, but she hadn't fallen back asleep.

Her eyes opened as she felt the blanket being draped over her - and she fixed him with a tired, unimpressed glare. Though she couldn't hide the clear relief in her eyes. "Break."

"Is there something wrong with you're bed, Ojou-sama?"

Looking at the milk and then to the state of the room.

"Don't tell me~ a mouse got in when I was out~?"

He sang, smiling that naughty little smile of his while kneeling down before his Mistress, to get a better look of her face.

The only warning that Break got before Sharon slapped him was a watery glare, a bit of a lip-wobble - and then her hand had connected with his face.

"Where have you been?" she demanded, voice rising a little, clearly panicked and upset. "Where did you go, Break?"
