When: Tonight! After sirens.
Where: The Underground Mall.
Summary: Harley skates around looking for amusement and nearly running into things.
Warnings: This should, in theory, be tame.

She passed right through Crocodile as he rounded a corner. Not around, mind yet, but through, as his body turned to sand. It reformed as she passed, prompting him to turn around.

"Watch yourself, woman. That could have been much worse."

Now that was a new experience. Harley let out a little shriek as she went through Crocodile and came to a stop as soon as she could. She then turned to him with wide eyes.

"Did you-- How did-- Do that again!"

"It's just an ability, woman," he sighed, turning the left side of his body into swirling sand, "There are plenty of people with them, around here. Surely, you have one."

"That's so cool!"

She leaned forward and reached a finger out to try and poke at the sand.

"An' the name's Harley. I don't got any super-powers. 'Least not the last time I checked."

It'd been the first time in about a week Rochelle had actually been out and not lying around the house or working. After getting the shit punched out for her, work apparently decided she didn't need much of a break. At least it was just desk work shit, mostly. So the rest of the days that weren't spent working she was lying around. A lot.

But now? Finally? She felt better enough to actually go out. Yeahyeahyeah, couldn't do anything EXTREME, but she was still OUT and, y'know, having a social life.

WHOAH HEY.

Some chick on rollerskates past by her. Rochelle blinked and would have brushed if off if she hadn't recognized that little blur.

"Harley?"

Okay, a .5 second passing wasn't much to recognize, but let's just say her powers were starting to work better too.

Harley heard her name and looped around to see who was calling her. She saw Rochelle and gave a little wave, stopping in front of the other woman with a smile.

"Hey there, fellow gal-on-the-go! What's the haps?"

God, it was a relief to see someone face to face and not on a screen.

"Hey!She looked down at the skates, with a bit of a smirk while she shifted her shoulders and adjusted the strap of her purse. "Nice wheels, girl."
