Naw, not Hawthorne-- ah, not... I mean, I don't go to school here. I'm just surprised to hear about it is all. Then again I guess I shouldn't be. The colleges around here all seem really off the handle.

Yeah. [Sigh.] I'm actually not sure if I'm more mad at him or at myself.

[She's silent for a moment, then there is a faint clapping sound as she smacks herself on the forehead lightly.]

I should have known something was wrong when he stood up and started up a serenade. Like a guy would really ever do something like that.
