I'm sure that Dr. Xavier can vouch for your credentials far beyond me, but I typically pool references for the medical centre here to try and help other Newcomers on staff, and would be happy to do so. If you are looking beyond any openings at Skye, there's also SPGH...Dr. Kenzo Tenma works over there, in Neurosurgery, and can help you get a foot in the door.

I've heard that you run a school, back home. There may be teaching positions open at SPU, or at Hillsdale- which is affiliated with SERO, but specializes in technology and the sciences. I could ask Shiroe Rei Seki, who is a student on scholarship there, as well as Shuji Ikusuki, who works in the guidance offices.

Hello again, Doctor. [He chuckles.] You know, Michael and I are going to have to think of a way to differentiate ourselves, being that we are both "Doctor Xavier." We've never actually worked together before, as doctors. A strange thing that we've never thought up a solution before.

Yes, I would love to meet those in town affiliated with education. I think, though, that it would be best for me to stick with medicine, in terms of public service. The rest of my expertise can be offered in private, really - especially once we get this new apartment built.

Perhaps I could help both hospitals? I never had a preference for free-time, as it were.

So you've already been tasked to the project. He doesn't waste any time.

That could be a foreseeable scheduling nightmare, but...if you have the fortitude for it?

No. But he is German. [Somehow that explains everything.]

I suppose it wouldn't make sense. Considering newcomers start as third-year residents. It really wouldn't be possible to split my time. [A small laugh.]

I was hoping to find a way to help Skye as well, having already heard so much about it. But I suppose one Xavier is enough, and SPGH is understaffed, or so I'm told.

If you're looking for anything in medicine, I know that SP General is looking for a lot of well qualified doctors. We're a little bit bigger then Skye, but it's still a nice place to work, if busy.

Perhaps, at first, I could split my time between hospitals, get a feel for both... As I said to Doctor Yumeno at Skye, I am not looking to maintain a lot of free-time. I would like to dedicate myself to wherever I am most needed. [Perhaps one hospital does not need two Xaviers.]

No, I don't think so either. But it will be hard for me to discern which area to focus on. I am sure Michael will be starting a sort of school within our new apartment, once it's built, that is, so it would probably be best that I focus on medicine, publicly. The rest can be a private specialty.

Well, we'll be living with a lot of young adults, and with our experience, I have a feeling we'll be starting a sort of tutoring.

And yes. I have high spirits, being around friends. It is quite refreshing. I'm afraid in the world I came from, everything was falling apart. Ironically, this place is already starting to feel more like home.

[Not that he has to ask, but it would be too much work to casually seek the mind connected to the incoming text - and he doesn't press it. He suddenly feels cautious, wary about this new person. Jubilee with a boyfriend he didn't know was not exactly something he was going to be immediately trusting about.]
