Angel is his name actually and yeah, Wesley works with us.

He was a Watcher, which an adviser for a Slayer, but he was fired. He's been working with Angel Investigations for years in my time though. He's really better at research than being on the field, though.

I'm all for living together! And if we can't get things up and running before then, well, there is a backup plan, like.

Teaching doesn't really pay well, yeah? But it pays better than minimum and the hours are pretty good. Probably our best bet for income, that is, if I can figure out if I'm still certified here.

[A mumble that he obviously doesn't want her to hear.] And I figure most of our cases will be nighttime type things again and it's not like I've been sleeping--

Better than any of the rest of us are qualified for. I mean, Wesley could probably get a job as a Librarian or something. I think all Watchers can become them as day jobs. Or Giles pulled it off well enough anyways, and I guess Wesley is an ex-watcher now so maybe that wouldn't work, but it's an idea.

Anyways, I mean, I'm only really qualified to be a secretary or an actress and I doubt someone other than Angel would really put up with my unique filing habits and somehow I doubt this place has a big acting circuit.

I'll look into the teaching thing; maybe I can get certified to teach in Canada. And don't sell yourself short! Go for the dream; they've got to have some sort of--
