It must be even more frustrating for you then, for people to act like in that manner.

I've neither seen or heard of a place that supplied such, so even here it may be. I figured that there would not be of harm to ask.

The blood bank at Skye Medical, as well as the Central SP Blood Bank, stores whole blood for up to 21 days- after that expiration it's no longer good for medical use, and...ah, then it's donated to a local non-profit organization that...presumably uses it for consumption.

Unfortunately, due to the hospitals' contract agreement, the name of that organization can't be disclosed...but, at least I can tell you that there is one in existence to support...ah, sanguinarian lifestyles. I suggest you do a little research around the downtown clubs that cater to them?
