So, I was reading in the paper that teenagers going out after sirens are going missing. I know the most likely explanation is that the monsters are getting them, but with all due respect to Occam and his Razor, this place eats Weirdi-O's for breakfast.

Has anyone been looking into this at all?

Look, if you think this is SERO...I've thought about that too. They might be doing all kinds of tests to get ready to mess with the Core!

Occam's Razor, in a simplified form, states that the simplest explanation is more likely the correct one.

While it's possible it just the Darkness, it's more likely that some are victims of the Darkness, some to normal crime, some to SERO, and some to AGI - although I admit I suspected AGI at first.

I haven't looked for them as I do not know who they are.

I didn't see any names in the papers, but since they were probably minors that's not surprising.

If I knew who it was, I could see if I could get a bit of hair or something from their families and track them down. If they're still alive.

Possibly, but it's unlikely. From what the news said, they were just being stupid and going out after sirens, not planning to run away.

For the most part. But mass runaways are very, very rare.

I've seen some of the teens on their dare runs, once or twice, but I can't say those are sticking out in my memory. I usually just try to follow them home, make sure they get there.

But it's a pretty popular dare, so I could have missed them.

I'm going around to the schools tomorrow to see if they're having a memorial service or rally or anything for the students so I can get some names.
