[Those sensitive to spiritual pressure may have noticed a spike, a sharp edge washing out from of the labs of the Sero building just before the video starts up. Mayuri had noticed Aizen’s departure and is rather annoyed that the other somehow managed to find a means of overpowering the core prior to him; causing him to rush his own pro Though ( Read more... )

Goodness, isn't there some kind of clause in your contract for what sort of information is permitted to leave your facility?

Or do you normally announce this much of your work?

[Right now Mayuri couldn't care less about the contract or procedures.]

Much of the information had already been revealed at the seminar that I attended and upon further research be presented to the general population of the city.

Ultimately it is my decision what information I chose to reveal and share and whether or not I allow other access to the data that I've collected.

So you've lost a subject. Will you be posting bounty, or do you assume your replicated 'Pull' has swallowed them?

Nemu is my creation, if she were still within the confines of the city then I would be able to locate her without problem. I was able to analyze the radiation and energy emitted and the machine was working perfectly.

Overreacting just a little, I think, Kurotsuchi.

[Have a seething glare and a fist slamming on a table.] All of my data gone! GONE! Including the complete destruction of the replication that I had managed and now Nemu is no longer here despite having the key to the encryption of the back up drives which were also destroyed.

Which justifies any casualties you just caused, I'm sure. And you make it sound like her fault that she's not here anymore.

It was someone with access to the computer directly, and to the machine itself, which was only those who had been locked within the lab from the time that I returned and Nemu. Had Nemu checked the calibrations and the input for any abnormalities this would not have happened.

As for the others, they betrayed my trust and therefor were punished properly.

[He felt Aizen disappear, and now can feel the absence of Nemu. He doesn't like that, and frowns.]

Aizen, now Kurotsuchi-fukutaichou. You are researching how?

The samples that I had collected, from those I was able to analyze the output of the core and replicate it causing a similar phenomenon but in a much more contained area.

[He's watching you, just watching...]

Presumably you did so before Kurotsuchi-fukutaichou arrived. You can continue to do so without her.

It would seem that to do so I would require an independent lab, in addition I will have to start over as Nemu had the key to the data and there is no means of analyzing what data was corrupted on the network of computers with the Sero server.

What the fuck are you yelling about now?

[Nothing that a barbaric Neanderthal would understand.] The machine that I created from the samples I collected was sabotaged and destroyed the lab as well as apparently sending Nemu back to Hueco Mundo.

So a bunch of science shit I don't care about.

[A small nod of the head at the news that Nemu's gone. It's not like Kurotsuchi is coming across as the grieving father or anything.]

Yachiru'll be sorry to hear she's gone.

[If anything he's annoyed to have lost the target for all his hostility, perhaps he'll have to build another Nemu. But yes he will miss her, if simply because of all the drugs that were still stored inside of her.]

Che. [Mayuri's unpainted arm picks up the head of one of the assistants maimed after the explosion.] Of course it wouldn't interest you, though I suppose that you have had your fill of entertainment lately.

Tragic Mayuri-san! Simply tragic~!

And I thought that you were really on to something there~

[Mayuri stops dead, nothing but silence for a few seconds as he glares at the device.]

It was a functioning prototype. It obviously worked since Nemu is no longer here.I'm the one who in this place was able to collect the samples and in such a matter of time analyze the output of such a device so as to counteract it.

[He sees your glare and he don't care~♪]

It worked, you say now? But you were just saying that your experiment had been sabotaged and that 'the mounting came loose and the input was reversed'...? [Tisk, tisk, such shoddy work if something came loose.]

Which is it really? Just wondering~

Even with the tampering and damnage it was working prior to the fluxuation of the input. All of which Nemu was check and verify while I was forced to attend that pointless conference.

It's more than you have bothered to accomplish hiding in the shadows and trying to pretend as if you haven't been here.
