I'll ask him-- probably, but he won't be quiet, so hope you's ready for that.

[And he grins, shutting the feed. It's more like half an hour before he and Sirius arrive, but no matter, right? It just means they'll all get to see the two greatest TV shows in existence even sooner.

He knocks on Nick's door, looking around with interest.]

[Sirius is, predictably, yawning as they wait for Maya to answer the door. He leans against the wall beside of the door, scratching his nose, suppressing a second yawn.]

Answer, miss, it's cold out here.

[Maya opens the door pretty quickly. Nick's apartment isn't anything to write home about, but well]

[Maya grins and bows her head briefly in greeting]

Hey you two! What's the secret password?

I brought coke and chips and the greatest TV show in the world, that good enough?

[He nods at Jack, grinning.]

I brought this bastard. Does that count?

That's second-greatest to you, Jack! But since Sirius brought Jack and Jack brought food, I guess you guys can come in!

[And she hops back to give them space!]

[There is a very Hurt look aimed in Sirius' direction before Jack steps in the apartment, slipping off his boots as he does.]

[He shrugs innocently at Jack at that look, but follows suit, kicking off his boots and shrugging of his coat.]

[He gives Jack a grin and goes over to sit down expectantly--Maya probably knows how to turn on her own television, and there's no sense in hanging about when he could simply make himself comfortable.]

He's off cleaning the toilet somewhere or something. And yes! Save the best for first!

I've got more snacks and stuff, so do you guys want anything to eat or drink?

[Sitting next to Sirius, he shoves him lightly and then opens his backpack, tugging out a large liter of Cola and a bag of Doritos.]

You can have some o' ours, if you'd like. Come on, let's get started. And you-- [He attempts a severe sort of expression to Sirius.] --you have to be quiet for at least half o' the first episode.

[He pulls a face at Jack, but quickly shifts that so he's grinning at Maya instead.]

You ignore him, miss. He's the one that talks, he's the worst about it. I've tried gagging him, but it simply doesn't take. C'mere, c'mere-- [He shoves at Jack, clearing a space for Maya, ensuring that he'll be sitting between the two of them.] Sit down, c'mon!

[Maya just grins at the pair of them] Neither of you had better interrupt the Steel Samurai's lines! Or you'll both get it!

[She makes a "one second" gesture and goes to put the DVD in]

Well, I've got snacks too if you guys change your mind. And Sirius, if you call me miss I'm going to have to call you Mr. Black again. And you don't want that now, do you?
