Shishishi~ Good! [Luffy heard "maybe" as "definitely". Because if Sanji doesn't come along, who's gonna magically fillet some of the fish they end up catching for a midday snack? So obviously, Sajni + fishing = yes. Luffy's so hung up on this thought that he's actually forgotten about testing the Pull; it's amazing how food does that to him.

Speaking of food.. A certain rubber stomach announces itself through the NV.]

Aa, I promise! [He's excitedly peeking over Sanji's shoulder and-- THAT'S A BIG FISH. Luffy's mind quickly becomes distracted as he thinks of just what a feast this thing can be turned into. Hope you don't mind the puddle of drool forming on the floor, Sanji.]

[Good thing there's already a lock on that fridge, huh. :I There's definitely a pout going on when he's denied a teensy little sampling bite. So stingy.]

Okaaaay. [Even for Luffy, it's hard to miss how protective Sanji has been of their rations and how serious he's been on keeping the young captain from his usual overeating habits, and that keeps him from being too disappointed with the serving sizes (though it doesn't stop his whining). The seriousness is certainly helping to keep the D in line, though.

The teen crosses over to the fish, managing to keep most of his drool contained, and easily hoists the tail end of the creature up.]

C'monnn~ The faster it gets in the kitchen, the faster the snacks'll be ready, right?

Yeah, yeah. [as he goes to the head, and hefts it up onto his shoulder. It isn't that the fish weighs too much for either of them, it's just that long and that big - it's a two-man job]

Vivi already cleaned off the prep counter for us. Come on. [he leads the way, pushing open the new swinging doors to the kitchen with his leg and heading for the kitchen island]

[At least there's one thing that keeps Luffy's spirits high as they make their way into the kitchen to set the beastly fish down.]

Oi, did you hear from Vivi? There're bigass fish near the docks! [Grinning so hard~] I'm gonna catch lots of 'em and then we can have a feast!

[yep, he'd been across the kitchen when he heard her say that. He's impressed with the princess-smarts] Is that so? Good, we can always use more fish. The more, the better. If you catch some, it'll go to the crew and not the restaurant.
