[It’s Afternoon: When the video comes on the world seems to wave, his arm swinging through the air as he jumped off something, a hum of a Blind Mag song could be heard at first.] Hm hm hmmm. Hm hm hmmm.

[Bringing his wrist up so his face could be seen, he looks like he is walking through the city. His voice came across clear, steady and smooth; a ( Read more... )

And you want to look after graves? That's a little strange, man. [Ace is amused, though, and intrigued.]

We all have our strengths and weaknesses. [And he needs to stock up and feed those weaknesses...] I'm just looking for a job that plays with my strengths.

Business??

What kind of business could you have at a graveyard?

An easy job~ [A considering pause] A month free will only last so long.

Wouldn't it be better to go to the person who runs the graveyard?

Does someone run the graveyard? Yes! If someone runs the library, then someone has to run the graveyard!

I don't think that person would live at the graveyard though. Maybe you need a book!

But don't go to the library for it.

Perhaps that's why I'm looking for the graveyards. [Or perhaps not] To find who runs it and when. [So he knows when it's safe and when it's not :|]

I'll keep your advice and find a book later though. It looks like I'll be spending some time here.

Lately? Ahahaha -- there always seems to be trouble going on here! But...there's worse places, I guess.

[A beat passes before she speaks again.] I guess the dead wouldn't give one much trouble at all, huh?

[A bit of a laugh at that. This place a bit too clean compered to his home. Aren't enough hookers and addicts walking about in the 4th sector. Sector 1 will feel more like home :|] They told me something about a core? That brings me up to current events I suppose.

Indeed. The dead don't bother to talk back.

Ah, yeah. Ahaha -- I guess they found the core, and people are desperate to get back. Me personally though? I haven't paid much attention to it. I...I like this place better than where I came from.

And they don't try to cause violence either! [Oh wait, there was a certain power of one of her unitmates.] Well, heheh -- not unless someone can control the dead.

And where do you come from? The future? The past? [He's either taking this time travel thing really well or he's unbelieving still...]

I have the feeling 'control the dead' may have different meanings to each of us. [He liked to think he had some control over the dead...enterprise. Though by the sounds of it she had a completely different meaning] I happen to like the ones who've stopped kicking.

Yeah, all the trouble's over the Core- they told you at least that much, right?

What business does anybody have in a graveyard, anyway? You just got here. How would you know anybody who's died here already?

They did. They told me all about finding some core, monsters at night and a free months rent.

[A smile at this. Perhaps that's going to be a repeated question, over, and over and over~] I was informed by a grumpy old gent to find a job. That's what I'm doing. [...kind of. :|]

I know it sounds sort of crazy, to believe all of it, but I've been here eight months now, it's the truth.

Oh. In the graveyard? No one's gonna give you much work there. Even the stones that got tipped over in the earthquake are probably fixed by now.

It's a bit much to take at once, but I'm getting the picture. When they say monsters though... [cus FHL he's an night person] ...they're not talking about stray dogs, are they.

[That brought a chuckle though. He doesn't care how well they look... but he goes with it] There's always a need to care for the dead. Death loves everyone after all~ [Funny how true that is...:|]

There are several graveyards, but I'm assuming you're still near the baseball diamond? In that case, the closest would be [insert cross streets here!].

As a Greeter, I try to be as helpful as I can. Sometimes, you just need a graveyard.

Welcome to Siren's Port, I'm Raphael.

You're not as skittish as the last one it seems. She could barely string out a sentence.

Thanks for the warm welcome. [It had become a game already, to see how people reacted to his name. The last three people took it badly. He smirked as he said it.] They call me Graverobber.
