He's being harassed by the people at the baseball diamond.] Siren's Port? But I was just at..[Abruptly, he trails off.] What's really going on here? Am I making this all up..? A...Achoo! [Sniff.]

[Yeah, Snake definitely knows that nasally voice.]
Raiden? Tell me it's really you this time.

[A long-suffering sigh and it sounds like he's already moving.]
Alright. I'll find you. Stay put. And get yourself out of sight.
[Last thing he needs is to be bailing you out for public indecency or something.]

"It's not like I've got anything better to do..." Raiden complained to the unfamiliar phone in his hand, ending his response with a loud sneeze. He clicked the button to end the call and shifted his grip on the large sword scabbard he had been clutching to his naked chest with his left hand. Awkward though it was, Raiden was minutely grateful for the object that had been mysteriously beside him when he awoke, as it meant he wasn't both naked and unarmed.
The cellphone was precariously added to this hand so that his right hand was once again freed for the crucial task of covering his privates as he stopped facing the brick wall in the alley. No one was there with him right now, it wasn't like he absolutely had to do this, but that didn't make him feel safe about having his privates dangling in the open air.

Clothing he can do. Answers...less so. Some maybe, but definitely not all, unfortunately. Snake had met a lot of familiar people around here...seen a lot of them vanish into thin air too. He can relate to being a little lost. Snake ended the call quickly, without so much as a goodbye. But Raiden will still have to endure that cold for a little while. Snake's coming from another part of town ( ... )

Raiden displayed great patience while waiting for Snake to do some explaining. The consideration that went into the other man's answer was noted for it's slowness. That it had to be thought over wasn't the most comforting thing to notice. Judging by the answer he's given, they were stuck in Canada, for an indefinite period of time, too. That was just great. If Solid Snake couldn't get out of there, there was no way a guy like Raiden could even hope to.
He made a discomfited exhalation noise but continued to listen, wondering what "welcome speech" he was supposed to have been given. All he got upon arrival was a crowd surrounding him (how embarrassing...) and people drilling him with questions he didn't understand. It was ironic, really, since he was interrogated not that long ago about something else entirely... At least these people didn't see fit to torture him.
"The core?" Raiden shook his head, wet hair clinging to his face. "You mean you actually believe in ( ... )
