Uh...well, I'm sure you know the basics, right? Like that there's monsters at night, heehee == and that you can't leave the city? Well, I knew a couple people that tried, but they wound up feeling really ill! And sometimes even vomited!

The city is several miles in diameter, and resides on a small island off the coast of British Columbia. It is neither governed or watched over by the Canadian government, and is policed by two warring groups: SERO and Afterglow Inc, who both fight over control of the "Core" that seemingly malfunctions and brought us all here.

At night, a metaphysical force colloquially dubbed: "The Darkness," begins to eke into our reality, bringing with it a host of supernatural creatures. Most of the island's inhabitants are no match for them.
