Weather
The weather for today will be overcast with light rain throughout the day and night, chance of sunshowers in the early evening. High of 8°C and a low of 4°C (46°F/39°F).
Eviction Notices
The following list of characters will find a note slipped under their door giving a three days' notice of eviction. Today marks the end of your one month of free rent, and the landlord has given three days (until February 16) to leave the apartments.

Toxic Rat Infestation Decimates Sector 10: Can a Cure Help?
This article is reporting on the effect of the recent plague of toxic rats on the already degraded and dangerous Sector 10, or Slums. It reports that what is left of this sector is now far more hazardous and more of a shell of humanity than it was previously. With the current infestation of toxic rats and the less-than-perfect conditions that already existed, the underbelly of Siren's Port is looking more and more deteriorated than ever before - dead bodies lie scattered in the streets, left for the Darkness to take unless they are claimed before nightfall.
The reporter goes on to state that while there is a cure for the toxin carried by the rats, many residents of the Slums are either too poor, too untrusting, or too stubborn to bother going in to get it.
On the subject of the cure, the article states that most hospitals in the City are still overwhelmed with infected victims, but the wait times are shrinking for those who have already become ill. For those who wish to take a vaccination against the toxin the rats carry, help is here: SERO has sent out several vans to many locations with this vaccine. The vans have a large red needle logo on the side, and all that is required to get the vaccination is to sign up and fill in a little bit of information.
