Weather
Temperatures today are cooler with a thick fog rolling through the streets at night, burning off by mid morning. High of 27°C and a low of 10°C (82°F/51°F).
Morning sirens will go off at 6:00 am, and evening sirens will go off at 9:30 pm.
Eviction Notices: The Landlord threw out his back while cleaning an apartment some time last week. His Eviction notices are a bit behind. Some people got extra time because of this, some people are up to date. Some people might have been listed on this list wrongfully. None the less the people on this list got a Eviction notice under their door, if they are there or not. Three days grace is given.

Four Dead in the Dumps
Four bodies were found late last week hidden in a dumpster in the Industrial Sector. Morgan Phillips discovered the bodies laying in a heap in the empty dumpster; all of them were pale with rictus grins and bugged out eyes. The bodies were identified but names are being withheld from outside reports.
Further investigation proves that the four were poisoned with the same substances that they found traces on other bodies. All in the same area. Extra patrols are now being places in the industrial sector and locals are being advised to not go out alone.
Pharmacy Robbery:
Police are investigating reports of a robbery at a pharmacy in Sector 4. The incident occurred towards midnight on the night of Sunday 19th September. Due to a malfunction of the security cameras, the perpetrators have not been identified. The thieves escaped with a large amount of medical supplies. If you have any information on this theft, please contact the police as soon as possible.
Strange Case of Extra Limbs:
A short report about strange but large amounts of reports coming in about arms, fingers, toes, legs and hands being sound in local parks, alley’s and strange locations. A number of limbs have been collected and tested for identification but no positive identifications have been made. It has been reported that finger prints lifted from each finger found have matched each other. Three left thumbs with the same prints. This leads specialists to believe a lizard/regenerative being is out and shedding limbs or just recklessly losing limbs.
Reckless Blonde Spotted:
A short report about a blonde girl being seen jumping off roof tops to the ground, getting up and dusting off like nothing happened. Eye witnesses say that she was wearing jeans and a yellow tank top. The girl has been seen off and on jumping from large very dangerous heights. Detectives believe it’s a teen aged girl testing new found abilities. No other reports have been made.

I've been thinking about this for a while, and... I don't know how to handle the situation. There's this guy, an enemy - we're on opposite sides of a war. I'm not going to get into the right's and wrongs of the issue.
He chased my friends and I halfway around the world once, trying to capture my best friend. There was nothing redeemable about him, nothing trustworthy at all. After a while we didn't see him, and we had someone else to deal with, more pressing issues. When I ran into Him again, he tried convincing me he had changed. I believed him.
Even though he was an enemy, I gave him a chance to prove that he was good. And then he betrayed that chance I gave him. He turned on me, and my friend almost died because of it. Now I've run into him here, and he's telling me the same thing, .. that he's changed, that what happened back then was a mistake.
... I don't know. I don't want to trust him... but he seems like he's genuine and sincere. I don't want to trust him and end up being betrayed again. Should I give him a second chance?

It is this columnist's opinion that everyone is deserving of a another chance, especially in Siren's Port. Hear him out. Sometimes people have a really good reason for playing the part of the bad guy. Maybe he was just having a really bad day.
