[Tifa's not herself right now, she's not thinking one hundred percent straight. In a twisted way it's like Kadaj is her only lifeline to Cloud, or at least to memories of him. She raises her head slowly, watching him through a curtain of dark hair.]
Does it hurt like this for you all the time? When you can't find your mother?
