[Have a video of Rochelle's new apartment while she's sitting in her kitchen, you might recognize it's a little different. Also recognize she's in a tank top and wearing her hair down for once in her life. She didn't do it very often.

What sort of "weird feelings"?

It's difficult, knowing what to except, I agree. People keep saying, 'dormant powers may develop', but how does one become aware of that sort of thing?

The things I hear regularly at work are things I might have had people committed for back home, but being a health professional in Siren's Port requires a certain openness to the credibility of bizarre stories all the time....go on.

There are a few popular theories regarding where supernatural abilities come from, and their relation to the core- a popular one is that the pull only calls to phenomenal people, and therefore any abilities which surface after arrival would be considered unrealized potential. Others have suggested that the effect of the core and the darkness somehow mutate otherwise 'normal' people into developing adaptations.

Of course, many of these theories remain untested, because SERO would need a little more public cooperation. Answering difficult 'whys' often comes with the price of entrusting one's personal well being in the hands of research- understandably steep.
