[The video feed comes on from within a largely darkened room. A large, familiar presence comes into frame, his face illuminated by the glowing tip of his cigar. Judging by Crocodile being dressed only in his pants and a loosely done shirt, it's obvious he isn't expecting to be seen by the network.
