It's cold today. Hopefully the man I hired to fix the heater will actually come this time. I think we scared him away yesterday. I had to call again.

If anyone has a rat problem and doesn't want to call the authorities, I can help.

We didn't do anything directly... there was a small issue with a trap.

Well, it's construction work so the pay isn't exactly high. And the hours are from 0900 to 1800 with a one-hour lunch break... I don't think it'd conflict with your other job.

It's not my usual type of work, I'm no heavy lifter, but I'm flexible. If you need another worker, I'll come down and do what I can.

What are you renovating, anyway?
