Since when has this city been able to keep any type of chaos under control? If it sounds like it's going to boil over, I'll let you know.

I suppose. I'm certain it'll be heard long before then. I'll appreciate forewarning, however, if my office doesn't become flustered before noon at any rate.

It's unfortunate, but well enough that you're capable at the very least. Perhaps you should take to training some of them if they're proving ineffective.
