The tattoo on his arm is covered by makeup, and when he speaks, his english accent is replaced by an American accent. It is far from perfect. But the Miller Disguise has worked in the past, to fool his brother - and it might fool others too. He clears his throat, taking his time before speaking.]
So I hear there are certain people I know running around here. Having fun without me. For those who don't know me my name is Macdonnell Miller. Most people from my world know me as "Master Miller".

Snake, if you're out there, remember. Canada gets awfully cold at night. You're going to need to wrap up warm. Even during the day you should be wearing a hat. You lose over 70% of your body heat through your head. Just running around in a bandanna isn't going to help. It doesn't cover enough of your head. [Another pause.] You better be taking care of yourself. If I find you've gotten out of shape, I'll have to remind you why they call me the "Hell Master".

You should remember too that Canada is one of the largest countries in the world, second only to the Russian Federation. Because it's large enough to have three separate oceans surrounding it the weather and geographical structure can easily change. You should plan for all sorts of weather. Winter in particular is going to be harsh, so if you plan to be here a while, or even if you don't, you should prepare for freezing temperatures and violent storms. Don't forget to watch out for volcanoes and earthquakes too. Even the summer temperatures aren't exactly the hottest around. You're going to have to adjust to some pretty drastic changes. While cold has the opposite effect of heat, once it reaches a certain point it loops around. It goes from forcing you to focus to forcing you into a sleepy state. Like that, you can easily find yourself overwhelmed. I don't know if you still have your sneaking suit but even if it was made for Alaska, it could still be useful in the winter.
