[So within the minute, Sirius Apparates to the specified restaurant. He doesn't go in yet, but lounges around on a nearby bench, whistling and twirling his wand between his fingers, just waiting.]

[Sirius rolls his eyes a bit at that. Something about Otacon reminds him of a cross between Peter and Remus. Maybe that's why he feels so inclined to help him, in his own vague way.]

[He draws his wand with a great flourish and gives Otacon an extremely serious look.]
