Well, it isn't exactly mine. From what I understand it works with the night watch but isn't the same since it protects newcomers from people targeting newcomers, as opposed to monsters.

As for the action, I'm pretty sure the newcomer protection organization isn't about taking vigilante action... it works more like bodyguards. There has been some discussion on the network about it, but nothing that's really come into fruition just yet.
