The man from the most recent attack I figure? The one who's responsible for the body in the dumpster? Or am I mistaken.

I'll admit I've been busy as well so my progress has been lacking also.

Specifically the man who stabbed Zel-...the newcomer girl a few weeks back. I've been hunting him since, but havn't been able to get a fix on him. I suspect they're the same person, or organized by the same person at least.

Great. I'm willing to meet you in person this time, if that's what you want. The better we can communicate, the better chance we have of taking this guy down.
